Current programmes

Real work. Real learning. Real change.

We’re currently delivering a range of mindset and systems-focused programmes for adults who support children and young people. This work is grounded in evidence, co-designed with practitioners, and tailored to the realities of each setting.

Each one builds confidence, reflective practice in the adults who play a vital role in helping young people thrive.

Work with us

We work with partners to develop programmes because no single organisation can tackle all the challenges children and young people in Scotland face alone. By working together, we can make a bigger impact, reach more people and create long-term change.

Growth Mindset for Professionals in Children’s Social Care

Who it’s for: Social workers, managers and practitioners in residential, fostering or community care settings.

Why it’s important: Social workers often support young people in complex, emotionally demanding environments. This programme helps build adult resilience, promote reflective practice, and support a growth mindset and trauma-informed culture - aware of how difficult experiences shape people, within teams and services.

Length of programme: Typically 6–12 months, flexible delivery with self study and in-person elements.
